What sets the Ultima apart is its remarkable lightweight design, resulting in substantial savings on shipping, drayage, and setup costs. With just three skids and a total weight of 2,500 pounds, transport is a breeze. The three shipping skids Skid # (1) 12′ x 4′ x 4′ 1,200 lbs. Skid # (2) 8′ x 4′ x 5′ / 700 lbs. Skid # (3) 8′ x 4′ x 4′ 600 lbs.

The upper deck measures a total of 283 square feet and is rated to support 125 pounds per square foot (with a total capacity of 35,000 pounds). This deck comes complete with signed and stamped engineering blueprints.

Setting up the Ultima is a hassle-free experience. A team of three can have it ready in approximately 5 to 6 hours, depending on their familiarity with the process. No need for a forklift—basic hand tools and a ladder are all that’s required for effortless setup.

Downstairs is a very open booth with a single wall as the focal point. In this design, we created a coffee bar with 3 monitors running company promo material above the server. Demos run at the front columns. There is a storage closet under the stair landing. Large bowed Hyperlight signs highlight your brand!

 The Golf Great design combines the 9 x 9 deck with a straight staircase and landing for a private meeting area without eating floor space. A large Hyperlite mural covers one side of the booth while matching standard Hyperlite signs create branding on the other 2 sides. This is still a very open booth with plenty of space for a reception counter, a shelving unit and a demo area. There is a storage closet under the stair landing.

The Eco-whats design utilizes two 13 x 13 decks with a split staircase. Since the decks are separate, they each have the occupancy of a deck with one staircase. This is an excellent design for companies with 2 distinct product lines. Downstairs each side is kitted out with EZ6 shelving and a product table! 4 demo stations are positioned on the legs on the sides and back. Access storage is under the large landing. ID is accomplished with four bowed Hyperlite signs and large graphic panels on the back.

 This impressive 20' x 30' double-deck booth features a clean, open layout supported by a robust truss system and includes two wide staircases for smooth traffic flow. The symmetrical design ensures easy access from both sides, making it ideal for high-volume shows or brands looking to create a strong architectural presence. Freestanding merchandising units are used to hold packaged small products.

Popular 20×20 Double Deck – Compact, Efficient, and Versatile
This is our most popular double-deck size, offering excellent value and a smart use of space. The upper deck (16'11" x 9'3") comfortably accommodates both a casual lounge area and a more formal meeting space, while the compact footprint (17'3" x 9'7") fits perfectly within a 20' x 20' island booth. Featuring a straight staircase with landing (required but not shown), the DD179-4 kit includes structural truss, railing, deck boards, ceiling, integrated lighting, frosted plex rail infills, and two packing crates. Total estimated weight is 3,800 pounds. Additional accessories and customization options—such as graphic column infills, AV mounts, and Hyperlite signage—are available.

Our most compact double deck offers a private, elevated meeting space that helps you escape the noise and chaos of the show floor. The 9'3" x 9'3" deck fits neatly into the corner of a larger exhibit, while still providing a premium, enclosed area for conversations or presentations.

Although the deck itself requires less than 10' x 10', a 20' x 20' booth space is the minimum size required for setup and installation of any double deck due to clearance, access, and structural requirements. That means even this small-footprint deck is ideal for exhibitors who want to maximize efficiency within a larger layout.
