All purchases are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from Santa Ana, California, unless stated otherwise on the invoice. The buyer is responsible for all shipping-related costs, including disassembly, packaging, crate preparation, loading, transportation, warehouse fees, unloading, forklift rental, and handling.
Buyers can either manage their shipping arrangements or opt for Doubledecks.com to handle it. We offer competitive shipping rates due to our extensive experience and network. Free quotes are available upon request.
Buyers must inspect all purchased items within 10 days of receipt. Any damage or missing components must be reported within this timeframe. For double deck systems, this period extends to 30 days. Reports must be made via email to service@fastexhibits.com with digital photos and a description of the issue. Late notifications will not be entertained.
If notified in time, we will investigate and propose solutions such as replacement shipment or purchase price adjustments. Timely reporting is crucial to address shipping company liabilities.
Fastexhibits.com is not liable for any collateral damages due to missing components or shipping delays.
Using any purchased items in public venues signifies acceptance of the purchase and waives the right to claim, return, or seek remedy post-inspection.
Custom-built items are non-refundable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due before shipping. Inspection at our warehouse or via photos is available upon request. Modifications to custom orders must be requested in writing before final payment.
Any fraudulent payments will incur legal and collection fees. Such incidents may also lead to additional legal consequences.
Returns require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) from Doubledecks.com, with the buyer responsible for return shipping costs.
Storage fees may apply for items not collected within 7 days from purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Disputes will be resolved first through mediation, then arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules, preferably in Orange County, California.
